CRM Assistant - Temporary
Location: Manchester (preferred) or Glasgow | Rate: £20/hour | Inside IR35 | Start: ASAP
I am seeking a CRM Assistant on a temporary basis to join a busy Business Development & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CRM experience to work on day-to-day processes, support projects, and help improve the use of CRM systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on the CRM platform and contribute to process documentation.
Complete day-to-day CRM data management accurately and efficiently.
Provide solutions and best practice guidance to colleagues, helping them get the most out of the CRM system.
Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to improve functionality.
Collaborate with other teams, including Digital Marketing, to ensure data quality and efficient processes.
Support wider team initiatives and contribute to marketing or business development projects where needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
Experience working with data and spreadsheets.
Ability to suggest process improvements and proactively identify solutions.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience with InterAction or InterAction+.
Understanding of data privacy regulations.
Previous experience in a professional services environment.

This is a temporary role paying £20/hour, inside IR35, with a start as soon as possible. The role is ideally based in Manchester, but Glasgow is also an option.
