Corporate Tax Manager - 2 days in Nuneaton office
A leading wellness retailer and one of the largest in Europe is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to deliver a broad range of tax compliance responsibilities across a range of countries. The organisation is in a growth market and is positioned to deliver a unique purpose of adding quality years to life.

This role would be ideal for a corporate tax specialist with prior in-house experience, or someone from a large or mid-tier accounting firm who has specialised in corporate tax and is looking to move into a corporate environment.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing UK corporate tax returns using Onesource software: including group relief and CIR calculations, capital allowances, and R&D leadership
Preparing year-end tax provision calculations and managing periodic balance sheet review processes
Assessing BEPS Pillar 2 compliance requirements, including building necessary calculations and working closely with finance and key stakeholders
Managing corporate tax compliance across multiple countries (including Ireland, Netherlands, and Belgium), in collaboration with advisors
Transfer pricing documentation and calculations
Supporting employment tax compliance (e.g. PSA, ERS filings)
Ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies and identifying process improvements, including SAO reviews
Liaising with HMRC and other tax authorities as required
Location: Nuneaton-based, hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office
The Person:
Key Requirements:
Tax qualified (CTA, ICAEW/ICAS, or equivalent) with relevant experience
Strong corporate tax skills, including international tax experience
Proficiency in Onesource or similar tax compliance software
Solid tax accounting knowledge
Knowledge of BEPS Pillar 2 is advantageous
Organised and able to manage priorities effectively
Collaborative team player with good communication skills
Strong IT and data manipulation capabilities
Interest in process and operational improvements
