A leading international mid‑market M&A advisory firm is strengthening its UK presence and is looking for a high‑calibre Senior Associate to join its growing Midlands team. With a strong European footprint and over £1bn in annual deal value, this is a chance to step into a genuinely global advisory environment with real momentum.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you'll play a hands‑on role across the full deal lifecycle:
- Support transactions end‑to‑end - from origination and valuation to structuring and execution
- Build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners and investors
- Conduct detailed financial, commercial and market analysis
- Prepare valuations, pitch materials, presentations and transaction documentation
- Take early responsibility within a collaborative deal team, with a clear pathway toward a future dealmaking role
About You
- ACA or CFA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months' experience in M&A, corporate finance, advisory or a commercially focused advisory role
- Strong analytical capability paired with sound commercial judgement
- Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and energised by a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
