A leading international mid-market M&A advisory firm is expanding its UK presence and is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Midlands office.
With a strong European footprint and a track record of over £1bn in annual deal value, the firm provides full-service M&A support - from origination and lead advisory to transaction services and capital investment.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Support transactions from start to finish, including origination, valuation, structuring and execution.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners and investors.
- Carry out financial, business and market analysis.
- Prepare valuations, presentations and transaction documentation.
- Take early responsibility within a collaborative deal team, with clear progression towards a future dealmaking role.
About You
- ACA or CFA qualified (or equivalent).
- At least 18 months experience in M&A, corporate finance or a commercially focused advisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment.
