Are you ready to take the next step in your M&A career and become a deal maker in a busy Corporate Finance house? We are seeking an ambitious M&A Analyst to join a growing, entrepreneurial M&A advisory firm with a strong presence across Europe.
About the Role
You will play a key role in managing transactions from start to finish, working directly with entrepreneurs during one of the most crucial phases of their business journey. From day one, you'll have significant responsibility and autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct company and market analyses
- Prepare valuations and transaction documentation
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers
- Expand and maintain a strong professional network
- Support financing applications and resolve related issues
- Work closely with senior dealmakers throughout the transaction process
What We're Looking For
- Degree-level education or equivalent
- 6m of experience in M&A or corporate finance
- Strong analytical and financial skills combined with commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to become an independent dealmaker within 3 years
- Affinity with SME businesses is a plus
