Conveyancing Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing professional to step into a Conveyancing Manager role with a highly respected, award-winning firm in the Midlands. This position offers the chance to lead a friendly and established team while still keeping a small, manageable caseload of around 20 files.
As part of the firm's ongoing investment and growth, you'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in helping shape the future of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting a team of six conveyancing fee-earners.
Overseeing workflow, quality, and day-to-day team operations.
Handling a small personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Working alongside senior leaders to support departmental growth and improvement.
What We're Looking For
Residential conveyancing experience with strong technical knowledge.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
A positive, supportive manager with good communication and organisational skills.
