What You'll Be Doing:
Managing construction and engineering disputes from start to resolution.
Representing clients in adjudication, mediation, and other ADR processes.
Collaborating across teams for joined-up legal support.
Option to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
Helping clients understand contracts in plain, practical language.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified lawyer with strong experience in contentious construction matters.
Comfortable managing your own caseload and contributing to larger team projects.
Passionate about public interest sectors.
Experience with ADR (adjudication, mediation) is desirable.
A team player who's curious, collaborative, and values a purpose-led environment.
