The team works with a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and owner-occupiers, offering you the chance to broaden your knowledge and gain valuable commercial insight.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage and support on a wide range of commercial property matters, such as:
Advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises (freehold and leasehold)
Acting on landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licences to assign or sublet
Supporting partners on development and site acquisition work
Advising on property finance transactions for lenders and investors
Assisting with property management matters and portfolio work
Handling your own caseload with the right level of supervision, while steadily building your independence and confidence
