The Role
You'll play a key part in the firm's thriving Commercial Property team, handling a varied and high-quality caseload that includes:
Sales and purchases of commercial premises (freehold and leasehold)
Landlord & tenant work - leases, renewals, licences to assign
Property management matters
Development and site acquisition support
Ongoing advisory work for local businesses, developers, landlords, and investors
