I'm working with a well-established Legal 500 firm in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to develop their career within a forward-thinking firm, with the support of an established team but also the autonomy to build their own profile, network and client base.
The team acts for a varied and entrepreneurial client base, including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs across a range of sectors. The work is broad commercial property, alongside property support on corporate transactions, giving you plenty of variety and regular exposure to the people behind the businesses you advise.
There is an existing client base to step into, while the firm is equally keen to support someone who wants to develop their own relationships and build a following. If you already have a network or clients you can bring with you, there is genuine scope to develop these and be recognised for the business you generate.
