The Role
You'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial occupiers.
Work will include:
Freehold & leasehold acquisitions/disposals
Commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)
Development site acquisitions/disposals
Landlord & tenant matters
Secured lending & property finance
Corporate transaction support

Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience (all levels considered)
