The Role
You will join a busy and high-performing Commercial Property team, working on a wide variety of transactions for a diverse client base. The work is both challenging and rewarding, spanning:
Investment and development projects across the region and beyond
Landlord & tenant matters for major occupiers and investors
Real estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers
Regeneration and strategic land schemes
Mixed-use developments and large-scale projects that often involve collaboration with the firm's planning, construction, and corporate teams

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a solicitor with between 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property, though candidates outside this range with strong experience will be considered.
