I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded regional firm in Nottingham that is looking to add a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to its growing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a strong, established property practice, while having the opportunity to take real ownership of their work and develop meaningful relationships with clients.
The team works with a broad range of businesses, entrepreneurs, property investors and developers, advising across a varied commercial property caseload. The work includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, investment and general property advice, with opportunities to support clients on wider corporate and commercial matters.
The firm has a strong existing client base and a reputation for building long-term relationships, so you'll have plenty of client exposure from the outset rather than simply being another fee-earner within a large team.
The role could suit an Associate looking to take the next step in their career, or a Senior Associate who is looking for greater responsibility, client ownership and the opportunity to continue developing their own profile.
