Commercial Finance Analyst
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + study support
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)
Working pattern: Flexible working hours
Parking: Free on-site parking
The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a newly created Commercial Finance Analyst role within a growing finance team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is keen to develop their commercial skillset and progress into a senior finance role over time.
The business is continuing to grow, with finance playing a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
- Producing and analysing financial data to support decision-making
- Building and maintaining Excel-based models and reports
- Partnering with the sales team to provide insight and challenge
- Ad-hoc commercial analysis and project work
This is a role where you'll be trained, supported and developed, with genuine scope to grow into a senior finance position.
The Ideal Candidate
- Part-qualified or looking to start studies
- Strong Excel skills and a solid finance background
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a desire to learn and progress
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to be progress
