Product Manager (B2B)
📍 Banbury (Hybrid) 3 days a week

We're working with a well-established, market-leading business looking to bring in a Product Manager to join their growing B2B division. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning a product range end-to-end and wants real exposure across strategy, commercial performance, and product launches.
You'll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team where you can genuinely make an impact, working across both UK and international stakeholders.
The role:
- Own and drive the performance of a defined product range, focusing on revenue, margin and market share
- Develop and deliver category plans including pricing, positioning, and promotions
- Lead product launches from concept through to go-to-market execution
- Analyse market trends, competitors and performance data to inform decisions
- Work closely with sales and marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and support growth
- Act as the go-to product expert internally and across wider teams
- Manage the full product lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve and optimise the range
What they're looking for:
- Experience in product management within a B2B environment
- Experience working with a tangible/physical product
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
