The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated and supportive finance team, working closely with experienced qualified accountants. You will gain broad exposure across management accounts, forecasting, reconciliations, and project reporting, while developing your skills in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Ideal for a part-qualified accountant (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) or finance graduate, this role offers study support, structured development, and clear progression opportunities.
Skills and Requirements:
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and forecasting
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and journal postings
Perform variance analysis on expenditure, and project performance
Contribute to profitability reporting
Gain exposure to large payment runs and financial controls
Use COINS system for reporting and ledger management (training provided)
About You
AAT qualified, finance/business graduate, or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA
Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
Confident communicator, eager to learn and proactive in approach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ambitious, curious, and driven to progress in a finance career
