AP Transformation Lead (Oracle Fusion)
18-month Fixed Term Contract
East Midlands | Hybrid (c.3 days onsite, flexibility required)
£60,000 - £70,000 Salary
Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting an exciting, well-known brand undergoing a large-scale finance transformation project. We are seeking an AP Transformation Lead to support the ERP implementation of Oracle Fusion, helping to modernise systems, processes and controls.
AP Transformation Lead Role Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of P2P processes within Oracle Fusion, with a focus on Payables and Invoicing
Define and document robust "to-be" processes, ensuring strong financial controls and regulatory alignment
Consider end-to-end impacts across supplier onboarding, data and payments
Collaborate with data, integration, reporting and change teams across the project lifecycle
Support testing, business readiness, training and cutover activities
Act as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical delivery, identifying risks and driving solutions
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience delivering P2P within an Oracle Fusion implementation (essential)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Payables and end-to-end P2P
Background in finance transformation, controls and process improvement
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
