Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + clear progression

The Role
As Accounts Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while playing a key leadership role within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
- Advising clients on both corporate and personal matters
- Supervising, mentoring and developing managers and wider team members
- Building your personal brand and professional network across Cheshire
- Driving fee growth within your portfolio and achieving annual targets
- Ensuring compliance, quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
- Contributing to wider firm projects and strategic initiatives
About You
You will be an ambitious, commercially minded professional with strong leadership capability. You will be:
- Experienced in client management within an accountancy practice (or very close to stepping into full portfolio ownership)
- Qualified ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
- Genuinely ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to Director/Partner
- Commercially focused, confident in growing fees and developing client relationships
- A strong communicator, networker and relationship builder
- Highly organised, proactive and motivated to deliver results
- A capable and supportive team manager, focused on both delivery and development
