About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving growth? This is an exciting chance to join a fast-growing business in the food sector, where you'll play a key role in managing major accounts and delivering innovative label solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage 5-10 large accounts within agreed SLAs, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Sell a diverse range of label solutions tailored for food products.
- Identify and execute up sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value.
- Work closely with Procurement, Buyers, and Product Teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting to support business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within packaging, labels, or FMCG.
- Strong ability to build relationships with procurement and buying teams.
- Commercially savvy with a track record of spotting growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, able to work within SLAs and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
