Account Based Marketing Lead
Location: West Midlands / Hybrid

This role offers the chance to lead and develop a strategic Account-Based Marketing function within a large, purpose-led organisation. You'll design and deliver tailored campaigns that engage senior decision-makers, drive commercial growth, and strengthen key client relationships.
Key focus areas:
Lead the planning and delivery of ABM activity across priority accounts
Combine data, insight and creativity to drive targeted engagement
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategy
Measure effectiveness and report on ROI and pipeline impact
Manage and mentor a small team while enhancing martech capability
You'll bring:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally with ABM or demand-generation exposure
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Confidence using CRM and automation tools
A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery
