Account Based Marketing Lead

Location: West Midlands / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

This role offers the chance to lead and develop a strategic Account-Based Marketing function within a large, purpose-led organisation. You'll design and deliver tailored campaigns that engage senior decision-makers, drive commercial growth, and strengthen key client relationships.

Key focus areas:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of ABM activity across priority accounts

  • Combine data, insight and creativity to drive targeted engagement

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategy

  • Measure effectiveness and report on ROI and pipeline impact

  • Manage and mentor a small team while enhancing martech capability

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally with ABM or demand-generation exposure

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Confidence using CRM and automation tools

  • A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery
