My Client, a leading B2B manufacturing business based in Birmingham, are looking for an Inbound Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Team. Working alongside the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for generating leads and maximising sales using a range of digital marketing methods, and will play a pivitol role in driving customer engagement through CRM automation. If you love data and technology and bringing personalisation solutions to life, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Manage campaigns from creation through to delivery across a variety of channels including email, social, web etc. Develop and execute CRM email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer segmentation, testing, and post campaign analysis. Customer centric marketing approach working through customer data and effective segmentation. Use a test, learn and optimise approach to ensure continual improvement. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. This is an exciting time to join the business as there are a number of projects ongoing that you will play a key part in. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to create engaging, timely and accurate communications that align with the company values. This role will primarily focus on creating, editing and managing content for a range of internal communications, with the occasional external communication task required. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Communications Manager to develop and deliver the internal communications strategy. Help to drive employee engagement through creative campaigns and engaging copy. As the Ecomm Merchandiser you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the trading strategy with a key focus on defining the ecommerce product portfolio, optimising products for the web, and the deployment of content. The Role: Continuously look to improve the customer experience and user journey - to drive trading performance and increase sales. Day to day management of the CMS system, ensuring the site is maintained and all product information is accurate and up to date.
