Gleeson Recruitment Group have just been briefed on an interim Workday Process Analyst to work with a growing organisation based just outside of Birmingham. This role will a remote role for 3 months with sporadic travel to the office during the contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within documentation around Workday.

The Workday Process Analyst will be responsible for working within the business change workstream of the Workday programme. The role will involve developing standard operating procedures for the Workday roll out and any transition processes to ensure a successful adoption after Go Live.

  • Part of the Workday Project Team, self-starter who can organise & facilitate sessions to work through business workflows and interprets into standard operating procedures with a variety of stakeholders across the business (i.e., HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance teams etc.)
  • Ensures all interim workflows are designed & documented with standard operating process including those outside of the workday delivery
  • Working with the business leads to ensure end to end processes are as efficient as possible with no gaps
  • Work with BI Reporting Team and key business stakeholders to agree a set of Key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure process effectiveness
  • Highlight risk and issues and facilitate their resolution
