Birmingham (hybrid)
£30,000 - £35,000
My client is a leading Name in the B2B Storage Solutions sector with over 70 years trading experience and is currently looking for a Website Designer and Developer to join their marketing team to design, develop and manage their online website portfolio.
Using HTML and CSS, you will be taking full ownership of the companies large online presence, really putting your stamp on the look, layout and feel of the website. An advocate for data backed decisions, you will be responsible for testing iterations of design based on insights from google analytics
This role will suit an experienced Web Designer/Developer with experience in HTML, CSS, UX Design (wireframing and mock ups) and Data analysis who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a website portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Building bespoke website pages for the company's group website that are in accordance with the brief.
- Building and editing frontend webpages in HTML and CSS
- Maintaining and updating existing website pages using the CMS or enhancing.
- Liaising directly with internal marketing merchandisers as well as the sales leaders to generate ideas and best practices.
- Researching technical requirements for projects as well as assisting with proposals
- Sharing technical knowledge during the wire-framing and design stage using Wrike
- Develop engaging online content including supporting social media, videos, graphics, and blogs.
- Create email and social media marketing pages in line with the marketing campaign plan.
- Focused on using website analytics data to back up design and development decisions.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- Related degree or equivalent is desirable but experience equally valuable.
- Google Data studio experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience with email Campaign systems for example Pardot, HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- An eye for UX and visual accuracy
- Proven confident web developer, with experience managing a website portfolio.
- Highly Analytical/Data Driven with knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would also be beneficial.
- Candidates will be operating at a mid-level, with a commercial outlook and the ability to demonstrate they understand how to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
