Are you used to working within the pharmaceutical distribution sector? Do you understand MHRA and GDP guidelines…

I'm looking for a driven Warehouse Manager who can be part of the new structure of a global distribution business working within the pharmaceutical industry to drive the business forward, the role will be based in Middlesex and the successful candidate will earn a competitive salary up to £45,000, plus benefits and bonus.

You will be tasked with analysing data and using it to drive performance, delegating tasks effectively when required. You will communicate on performance issues and identify the training required, personally coaching and developing your team in order to improve performance. While you will be joining a multinational business, the culture is one of accountability - you will have some freedom to deliver as you see fit but will be accountable for performance.

Previous experience of working within a pharmaceutical distribution environment is paramount, you will strive to ensure that all warehouse activities are executed in accordance with MHRA and GDP guidelines. You will monitor that all suppliers are operating at the required levels of performance and that compliance is of the highest order. Candidates who are good people managers from fast moving warehouse environments will also be considered, as with most distribution environments understanding fluctuating volumes will be paramount. The company can support development for the right individual to become a qualified RP (Responsible Person) if not already qualified, within the role you will support the UK RP to safeguard product users against potential hazards arising from poor distribution practice.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who wishes to work for one of the biggest names in the logistics market; success in this role will facilitate your development within the business.
