Full Time - Permanent.

Are you a Creative minded Digital Designer with skills in both Graphic and Video editing?

Do you have experience and Knowledge of the full adobe creative suite, including after effects and Premier pro?

I am pleased to be working with a leading educational recruitment agency based in Birmingham to source a Graphic designer/Videographer to join their marketing team and design assets for the marketing campaigns across a full range of digital and print based media.

You will be working with their marketing team to take the lead and be the first point of call on all issues design and video based, bringing your creative mindset and design skills to flesh out their skill set.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be influential in the marketing of the company whilst building on their graphic design and video editing skill

The role

  • Create company videos supporting their range of products, including writing scripts, filming, and editing.
  • Design company visuals, including graphics for online and offline use including websites, social platforms, and marketing materials.
  • Update existing marketing documentation
  • Edit product imagery for promotional purposes.
  • Maintain content files and help to organise existing video and graphics files.
  • Undertake any other duties to support the Marketing department as needed.
  • Ensuring designs are on brief, within brand guidelines and delivered on-time
  • Be able to communicate the brand guidelines and tone of voice to staff across the business.

The requirements

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, In-Design, Audition and Photoshop experience.
  • Video editing skills and strong knowledge of video and graphic applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Affect Effects.
  • Ability to effectively proof your own work and that of the team (written English, quality of work, detailing, alignment etc.)
  • Demonstrate creativity and the ability to introduce and deliver new ideas.
  • Working to briefs and the ability to develop our brand guidelines further.
  • Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels.
  • Proficiency in photography and equipment.
