UK Accounting Manager - Corporate

Managing the corporate reporting, treasury operations and external financial regulatory compliance activities of the UK legal entities.

Responsible for ensuring compliant tax and SOX processes for local GAAP and US GAAP reporting requirements.

Leading the monthly TB reporting pack meeting to business units
Supporting budget holders queries and performing ad-hoc discounted cash flows to evaluate the reasonableness of future ventures.
Design and implementation of a cash forecasting model based on data/trend analytics
Completion of statutory accounts, external audits, managing team deliverables and calculation of technical accounting transactions.
Team management - Overseeing one report in the UK, plus overseeing external shared service contacts
Tax compliance/Project management
FP&A support

You will be an ambitious financial professional (ACA preferred) with a background from a Top 10 firm and looking to develop your commercial and business analytics.
