My client who are an engineering company based in the Hereford area are now recruiting for an experienced Toolmaker to join their family run business that can trace its roots back to the early 1800's. My client's engineering expertise has been instrumental through-out the history of the United Kingdom. Having supported the war effort during World War 2 my client have been manufacturing and supplying speciality alloys, since the beginning.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Toolmaker to join an organisation that has not only delivered its products through-out numerous years, but also delivered sustainable growth to now be operating as a group, rather than an individual division. My client offers advanced speciality products such as nickel & cobalt alloys which they are known for across the industry.
Having worked closely with this company I understand that they require a Toolmaker that is like the product they manufacture, time tested, resilient and with ability to continue to perform whilst being put under maximum pressure. I am actively looking to engage with Toolmaker's who possess the following experience:
- Apprentice trained or equivalent level of experience
- Good craft skills with ability to work from engineering drawings
- General machining background, able to surface and cylindrical grind
- Able to use CNC or manual machines
My client is offering a competitive annual salary of £27,300.00 and work a rotating shift pattern including days, afternoons and nights.
