Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of steel wheels, is looking to grow their tooling department with an additional toolmaker. Working in the maintenance department, you will work on new tooling, refurbishment and maintenance of existing tools, and maintenance of tooling and associated machinery.
- Apprenticeship trained in machining, toolmaking, engineering, or other related qualifications
- Significant experience in traditional toolmaking
- Experience in an engineering and/ or manufacturing environments
- Experience in conventional machinery i.e., milling machines, surface grinders, lathes etc.
*Rotating day shifts (no nights)
£15.73 per hour, plus shift allowance, plus incentive package
