Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Are you available immediately?If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent. You will be providing full administrative support to the commercial team. The working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday and based in their offices in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To process a high number of sales orders
  • Provide product specific data sheets as requested
  • Resolving any customer queries
  • Working in line with the company to ensure
  • Inputting all information onto the system ensuring 100% accuracy at all times
  • Producing reports

About you?
* Previous experience in sales support administration
* Sales order processing experience
* Good mathematical skills
* Competent in production reports on excel
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to develop and maintain relationships
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Problem Solving and ability to use own initiative
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Ability to work under pressure and priorities work
* Ability to build strong working relationships
* IT Literate - all Microsoft applications
* System savvy - SAP experience preferred
