Job Title: Temporary Recruiter

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Flexible working)

Salary: Between £14 - £16 per hour

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a Birmingham based supply chain and logistics business, on an exciting opportunity for a temporary recruiter to join the team. This will be an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

The successful candidate will be joining an already established team, supporting the recruitment team working on their current vacancies. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting across all levels of the business.

Your role will involve:

• Being able to identify and attract the best sources of talent to the business utilising multiple strategies to include, LinkedIn, Job boards, networking and social media.
• Managing and arranging interviews.
• Communicating effectively and timely with applicants and directly sourced candidates, throughout the screening and interviewing process.
• Being able to relay to candidates what the company does as a business in a clear and concise manner.

• Someone who is able develop strong professional relationships with colleagues and be willing to support the team.
• Previous recruitment experience.
• Someone who can adapt easily to change and make suggestions.
• You will be expected to hit the ground running on the full recruitment life-cycle.
• Excellent attention to detail.
