Temporary Admissions Officer
Start Date: ASAP
Monday to Friday - 37 Hours
I am looking for a Temporary Admissions Officer to join and support the team during a busy period.
The successful candidate will be working closely within the office to provide fabulous administrative support and high levels of customer service to external customers.
This could be a fabulous opportunity for a graduate who has a creative flair to them and is looking to gain fantastic experience within an office environment!
- Answering the telephone and supporting general customer enquiries
- Updating databases
- Compose letters/e-mails as requested
- Carry out further tasks
- Experience within a customer services environment
- Experience within a public sector / office environment is desirable
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Good experience with office systems / Microsoft packages
- Positive can do attitude
- Team player
