Temporary Admissions Officer
Location: Birmingham

Start Date: ASAP
Monday to Friday - 37 Hours

I am looking for a Temporary Admissions Officer to join and support the team during a busy period.

The successful candidate will be working closely within the office to provide fabulous administrative support and high levels of customer service to external customers.

This could be a fabulous opportunity for a graduate who has a creative flair to them and is looking to gain fantastic experience within an office environment!

The Role

  • Answering the telephone and supporting general customer enquiries
  • Updating databases
  • Compose letters/e-mails as requested
  • Carry out further tasks

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within a customer services environment
  • Experience within a public sector / office environment is desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good experience with office systems / Microsoft packages
  • Proactive
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Team player
