Technical Support Engineer

Gleeson Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity alongside a well established, household named organisation that operate within the Sports, Leisure and entertainment industry. The purpose of the role is to provide IT support and gain IT experience in a busy and dynamic environment. Working alongside the Senior IT Team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality support services to staff and assist in delivering infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:

* Managing/Troubleshooting O365/Azure.
* Managing/troubleshooting Active Directory accounts/groups.
* Install, upgrade and provision laptops/desktops.
* Demonstrable experience within an IT helpdesk environment.
* Understanding of networking including WiFi.
* Strong communication skills which are clear, concise, and accurate to internal/external stake holders. Professional and courteous telephone and deskside manner.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems
* Desire to learn new technologies and skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Candidates must have a valid UK driving license and transport
