Job Title: Talent Partner

Location: South Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a rapidly growing property developer to find a Talent Partner to support internal recruitment.

Your role will involve:

- End-to-end recruitment in line with business needs

- Working with key stakeholders and hiring managers

- Completing RTW and pre-employment checks

- Supporting with strategic & value add projects

To support you in this role, you will ideally have:

- Experience of recruitment process at a high level

- Experience of recruitment on Workday

- Partnering experience with senior leaders and stakeholders

- Strong communication skills
