An exciting opportunity to join an organisation in this newly created role as Talent Development Manager, £48-50k. Staffordshire Head Office, but with a small number of sites nationally.

The CEO is driving the requirement for an experienced Talent Development Manager to join this medium sized enterprise to design, implement and embed a Talent framework. This will enable them to identify talent, development plans, skills gaps etc which aren't currently visible to the organisation. The role will develop Succession plans, a robust performance management process and enable consistent bench-marking across the organisation.

As Talent Development Manager you will have already implemented and embedded a full Talent Development programme. You will be comfortable presenting regularly to the CEO and People Director around current performance and capability.
