Job Title: Talent & Attraction Partner

Location: Lichfield (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to join a collaborative team in Lichfield.

You will be responsible for:

- End-to-end recruitment for high volume contact centre vacancies

- Liaising with hiring managers to organise recruitment needs

- Analysing Talent data and reviewing methods

- Sourcing candidates via multiple methods like LinkedIn Recruiter

- Devising Talent Acquisition strategies

- Running assessments and testing for applicants

- and much more!

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience of in-house recruitment of high volume contact centre staff

- 360 recruitment experience

- Experience working to KPIs and reporting

- Understanding of ED&I during recruitment process

- Strong customer-focused ethos

- Excellent attention to detail

- Talent mapping experience
