My client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Team on a permanent basis. Paying up to £32k per annum + additional competitive benefits.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will oversee the recruitment and resourcing activities for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive applicant searching and approaches for all roles.
  • Overseeing volume and non-volume recruitment.
  • Using data and insight to drive recruitment and resourcing decisions.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous practical in-house resource/talent acquisition experience, managing both niche and volume recruitment.
  • The ability to manage resourcing pipeline activities and prevent issues arising.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with volume recruitment.
  • Ideally you will have worked for an agency in-house working on Marketing, Technical/Digital roles, however this is a desirable.
