Due to growth, my client is recruiting a newly created Talent Acquisition Partner role. £40-45k + Benefits. Midlands Multi-site role with flexibility to work from home.
In this newly created Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will lead be responsible for the end to end recruitment across a range of roles, from Senior through to administration level. Through direct sourcing you will slowly move away from agency usage across the business areas. You will be instrumental in developing internal KPI's around recruitment data and utilising this data to improve processes. You will work closely with the on-site temporary agency to build a strong partnership approach. You will also lead around developing the Employer branding and the candidate experience.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner you will be used to working autonomously, working at pace around sourcing a broad range of skills, from IT/ Technical, Finance, HR and operational roles to name but a few, across all levels. You will used to utilising your recruitment skills to source candidates from Linked in and other sources, with a strong network of contacts. Building credible stakeholder relationships will be second nature.
