Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid/Remote/Flexible working)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm


Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a West Midlands based, leading, specialised industrial services provider, to source a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to join an already established team and play a pivotal role in recruiting at all levels across the business.


The business has created a people - centric environment and has fully adopted a flexible working culture. Reporting directly into the Head of Talent and Acquisition, you will be joining the business during a period of growth and through working as part of a team, can shape and further develop a professional recruitment service.

Your role will involve:

  • Being able to identify and attract the best sources of talent to the business
  • Delivering on key recruitment objectives
  • Working in partnership with the talent acquisition team to provide a high quality service whilst maintaining and developing strong relationships
  • Understanding the goals of the business and prioritisation of hires
  • Networking and running engineering workshops


Ideally, you will have:

  • A proven track record in an internal recruitment position.
  • Experience building relationships and providing a quality and professional service
  • High level customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using a variety of recruitment methods, including LinkedIn and various job boards to source candidates and managing the pipeline.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple positions
