A great opportunity has become available to join my client based in Warwickshire as a Talent Acquisition Advisor.

I am looking for candidates with a can do attitude who are looking for their next career adventure.

What will you be doing?

• Provide a people focus to the client's customers
• Headhunt talent for a variety of different platforms
• Network within the industry to headhunt the right talent to fit client job briefs
• Take job briefs from hiring managers
• Screen candidates
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the business candidate requirements
• Work across multiple social media platforms

What we need from you

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Time Management
• Prioritisation
• Good communicator
• Team player
• Can do attitude
• Attention to detail
• Ideally working to CIPD Level 5
• Graduate & Apprenticeship qualifications in a similar discipline will be considered Reference Glee TO
