My client a leading automotive manufacturing brand is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst to work a double days shift (rotating morning and afternoon shifts).
Reporting to the Production Manager on site, the Supply Chain Analyst would be directly responsible for overseeing customer service issues between customer demand and production planning. Responsibilities include looking at the delivery schedule and tracking on time performance along with tracking deliveries in accordance to the daily plan.
The Supply Chain Analyst will oversee the delivery operation building on already good relationships with their clients to ensure success, analyse current and historical data to monitor trends, provide management visibility and drive improvements. You will be charged with providing direction and establish clear priorities to guide operational and service performance.
The successful Supply Chain Analyst will have experience of working in an automotive distribution/logistics environment with previous experience in a demanding sector.
Your principal areas of responsibility will include :
- To provide a customer service point of contact for clients
- Overseeing delivery schedule
- Build relationships to ensure ongoing success
- Analyse current and historical data to monitor trends, provide management visibility and drive improvements
- Ensure customer supply is maintained through effective production planning
The following benefits package is available to the successful Supply Chain Analyst :
- £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
