I am currently working with a Tech based client, situated in Solihull, who are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join their inclusive and vibrant Talent Team.

This is a Full-Time opportunity, with flexibility on working hours across the week on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Management of application responses, liaising and creating talent pools for live vacancies
• Identification & Attraction of candidates; screening and being able to develop strong relationships with your candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Obtaining feedback from hiring managers across the business
• Provide administrative support within the recruitment process

What We Need From You!

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience within a recruitment, resourcing or administrative role with a strong passion for fishing for the best talent
• Self-motivated and driven
• Innovative in your approach
• Confident communicator
• Previous experience or knowledge of Technology sector is advantageous
