Social Media Executive

Walsall (Hybrid Working - only 1-2 days a week in the office required!)

We've partnered with a leading retail convenience business who have a great opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join their thriving team! You'll be assisting in developing the digital content strategy in line with the company's communications plan.

This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to develop their skills and work with an established retail business!

The Social Media Executive:

• Deliver end-to-end social campaigns, ensuring the correct channels are utilized to meet audience needs
• Execute digital seasonal campaigns (i.e., updating blogs and mobile)
• Deliver and schedule all social media outputs, using tools such as Hootsuite to manage multiple channels
• Respond to social media posts and develop discussions to facilitate social media communities
• Deliver engaging multimedia content
• Monitor and report performance on social media platforms (e.g., using tools such as Google Analytics)
• Respond to social media posts and develop discussions to facilitate social media communities
• Tack and analyze social performance and provide practical recommendations based on customer trends and behavior

The Successful Candidate:

• Strong social media marketing campaign experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Experience with analysis and reporting to determine ROI of campaigns
• Ability to collaborate working across key teams in the wider business
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Creative and open to contributing ideas

Desirable:

• Marketing degree, CIM, or similar qualification
• Commercial / FMCG background
• Experience creating paid social media campaigns
