Currently working with a well-known Midlands based agency work have an array of credible clients to their name. As a Community Manager you will be responsible for managing the social media community for a portfolio of clients, largely just 1 client however occasional responsibility for other clients too. You will need to engage with the customers via social media & maintain existing relationships - Response time is key!
You will need to be Fluent in English but also speak Spanish, with a good understanding of Italian. If you just speak Spanish, please do still apply
- Operate, manage and respond on all social media community platforms for your market/s.
- Seek out and flag opportunities to engage.
- Facilitate in getting technical questions answered.
- Help grow and build the community in your market/s.
- Engaging with fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Increase response times in your market/s.
- Become a brand evangelist, maintaining a deep understanding of the client, and its audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in using Social Media management and Social publishing tools.
- Able to thrive in an agile environment.
- Fluent in English & Spanish or Italian
