Service Desk Engineer - Shirley / remote - £28,000 - £30,000
I am recruiting for two Service Desk Engineers to join a busy service desk team based in Shirley, Birmingham. These roles will be covering 1st and 2nd line support on a busy service desk to ensure SLAs are met and to bring strong technical expertise to the team. As a senior part of the team, you will be capable of being a point of escalation whilst also happy and able to cover some lower-level tickets.
- Experience working in a technical service desk covering 1st and 2nd line support.
- Experience supporting:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- Hardware support
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of ITIL.
- Ability to work remote and in the office when required.
