First Line / 1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Legal
£150 - £180 per day - OUTSIDE IR35
First Line Support Service Desk Analyst needed at a Legal business based in Central London for 2- 3 months but with likely extensions.
You will be working with a small team of support staff dealing with staff of all levels on the busy service desk.
Skills and Experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems; Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, exchange 2010, AD, Remote tools (VNC, SCCM, team viewer), Hardware set up, software installations/configuration, MFD Management
- Experience of working in a busy Service Desk/Desktop Support environment
- Customer focused approach
- Experience of working in a mixed-platform environment
Good contract that is highly likely to extend.
