Service Desk Analyst - Nottingham- £22,000-£24,000 - Hybrid (Once a month in office)

Gleeson Recruitment are working alongside a well established, leading National company based in Nottingham who are looking to secure a confident Service Desk Analyst to join their fantastic team on a full time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to use and build on your current IT skills. As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will provide first line application support to the internal and external customers. Our client are looking for people with an aptitude for working with hardware and applications to undertake fault diagnosis and resolve issues at the first point of contact whilst giving a fantastic customer service experience.

  • Experience within a customer focused environment.
  • Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and software
  • Providing technical problem analysis and resolution of client issues with the aid of available tools (e.g. Remote Support, FAQs, Troubleshooting Guides, and Knowledge base articles).
    Good communication skills
  • Aptitude for learning.
  • Able to work both independently (with minimal supervision) as well as part of a team environment.
  • Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
