Service Desk Analyst - Birmingham / Remote - £20,000 - £22,000 DOE

I am currently working with a growing business based in Birmingham who are looking for two new hires to join their busy service desk. This role is covering 1st line phone support, resolving technical tickets and escalating to the relevant teams. This role does not require any on the job experience, but some form of IT training would be required (IT Careers switch, Degree, Btec etc).

The main thing we are looking for is a drive to learn and progress a career within IT, excellent phone manner and customer service is a must.

Required experience:

  • Any experience working within Helpdesk/Customer Service would be an advantage.
  • IT training at any level.
  • Understanding of any of the following would be an advantage:
    • Active Directory
    • Windows 10
    • Office 365
    • Windows Server
  • Any Microsoft certifications would be desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
