Service Desk Analyst - £21,000 - £23,500 - Sheldon (South Birmingham)
I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a great business based near Birmingham International Airport. This role will be joining a busy service desk delivering 1st class technical support to internal users across 1st & 2nd Line.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a busy helpdesk and have an appetite to learn more. This role offers lots of training and is a real techies dream.
- Experience supporting Windows systems, office 365 etc.
- Experience working with ERP would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with SLAs.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Excellent communications systems.
- ITIL knowledge would be a plus but not a need.
