Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-month FTC)

Location: Coventry - Hybrid

Hours: Full time

Salary: up to £36,000 DOE - plus benefits

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a Coventry based business, to find an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their established team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide a client focused recruitment service which supports the objectives of the business. It is a role that will provide you with plenty of scope for learning, working alongside the wider Talent Acquisition team, whilst liaising with stakeholders and employees across the business.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering a full end-to-end recruitment service, which will include, advertising, conducting interviews, screening and selection, and helping to manage the on-boarding experience.
  • Ensuring all candidates are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
  • Delivering on key recruitment objectives whilst providing a first-class candidate journey.
  • Using various sourcing channels to find candidates including LinkedIn and Job Boards.
  • Analysing and tracking the talent pool, ensuring candidates are kept up to date.

Ideally, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a 360 industrial recruitment environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the hiring managers and wider resourcing team.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Fantastic customer service skills.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of vacancies through to a successful outcome.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Be passionate about delivering a seamless interview experience and candidate journey.
  • Strong influencing skills.
