Do you have a natural flair for business development? Are you an ambitious and driven individual that is motivated by reward and working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation?

I am currently working with an innovative brand that is seeking their next Senior Sales Executive to join their high performing sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from discovery calls, demonstrations, through to negotiation, contracting and closing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead qualification; Identifying prospect needs and relaying how your product offering will support the prospect business in both short-term and long-term basis
  • Liaising with Marketing department to research the market landscape and involvement with campaigns and events
  • Identification of key stakeholders in target organisations, and ensuring accurately logged via CRM system
  • Working closely with colleagues cross-departmentally, forming strong internal relationships and further building product knowledge and services
  • Take accountability of the entire sales process and responsible for delivering against targets and agreed objectives

You will need to be:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years sales experience
  • An individual who seeks to understand and build knowledge in the products you sell
  • Shows initiative to keep aligned to market trends, regulatory changes and other information and understands the impact of this information to clients
  • Proficient IT Skills (MOS and CRM)
  • A problem-solver, attentive to detail, and someone who enjoys thinking laterally with a passion to develop
  • Excellent listener, strong interpersonal skills and confidence when communication with Senior Executives
